Hospital patients looted

SHEIKHUPURA: Gunmen took away mobile phones, cash and valuables on Thursday from patients and their attendants in the Sheikhupura District Headquarters Hospital late on Wednesday.
The gunmen broke into the indoor wards and targeted patients and their attendants.
Patients, including Azmatullah, Rehmat Ali and Zakaullah, protested at poor security arrangements and said paramedics and security guards let the gunmen in.
They demanded effective security arrangements for the hospital. Police are looking into the matter.
