MY phone (021) 3498 2158 has been disconnected for non-payment, the PTCL itself having failed to deliver the bill for the last three months. The PTCL man who came to my home after I lodged a complaint admitted that it was the local delivery man who was at fault.
I pay a bewildering variety of bills — for property, gas, electricity, the KMC’s (non-existing) water, fire and sanitation services, not to speak of bills for services I have inflicted on myself, like internet, credit card, periodicals, car insurance, bank statements and the professional clubs to which I belong. For that reason, it is not possible for me to remember which bill(s) I have not received.
Will the PTCL authorities kindly give me the bills and restore the connection?
