HYDERABAD: Qaumi Awami Tehrik (QAT) president Ayaz Latif Palijo has threatened to stage sit-ins by his party outside the offices of FIA, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) as well as the Rangers headquarters if no action is taken against the corrupt PPP leaders, ministers, landlords, officers and bureaucrats.
Speaking to reporters in Naseem Nagar, where his party started a token sit-in for 10-days against corruption in Sindh on Thursday, he demanded “big fish should be brought to justice”.
He said Sindh was mired in corruption, which was dangerous not only for the province, but the entire country.
And now a new drama of changing portfolios of ministers was being staged, he said, adding that mere changing of portfolios would not help address the issue of corruption.
