100,000 laptops to be given out

ISLAMABAD: The upcoming budget would encompass special incentives for the IT start-ups and 100,000 laptops would be given to the youth this year, said Coordinator to PM on Economy and Energy Bilal Azhar Kayani.
At a presser on Thursday, the coordinator was confident that the budget would lay the foundation of a strong economy by increasing exports. He said the target is to enhance IT exports to $4.5 billion.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has held consultations with different stakeholders on budgetary proposals, he added.
