ATC indicts two more in Zahra Shahid murder case

KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court in Karachi on Friday indicted two suspects in the case relating to the murder of slain Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leader Zahra Shahid Hussain.
Kaleem, the key suspect in the case, as well as another suspect Irfan alias 'lamba' were produced in court today.
The court indicted the two and directed the prosecution to produce all witnesses in the case at its upcoming hearing on June 1.
Both suspects have pleaded not guilty to the charges levelled against them.

Rashid alias Master and Zahid Abbas Zaidi are also among suspects previously indicted in the case.
Vice-President of Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaaf’s Sindh chapter Zahra Shahid Hussain was killed by motorcycle-riding gunmen outside her residence in the city’s Defence Housing Authority Phase-IV in May 2013.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan had accused Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain for Zahra's killing.
