Judges urged to work honestlyPakistan
QUETTA: Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel of the Balochistan High Court has said that judges are bound to give verdict according to their conscience based on justice.
He was speaking at a ceremony for distribution of certificates among judicial magistrates and civil judges on completion of a refresher course at the Judicial Academy, Balochistan.
“All judges should work with honesty and with determination for provision of justice to people,” Justice Mandokhel said.
Doing justice was a very difficult job, but “Almighty Allah gives reward for that in this world as well as on the day of judgment”, he added.
He said refresher courses always benefitted judges and increased their capability to provide justice to people.
Justice Mandokhel said he was confident that such courses would help the common man in getting justice.
He said it was the re-sponsibility of the judiciary to provide justice according to law and the constitution.
