Apart from this achievement, Simmi won the gold medal in the B.Sc. final in Science in 2014.

Simmi Yadav from Indore has achieved a remarkable feat by becoming the first female MPPSC (Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission) examinee from Madhya Pradesh to successfully pass the exam for three consecutive years—2019, 2020, and 2021. Notably, Simmi secured the third position in Madhya Pradesh in the 2020 MPSC exam interview results, announced seven months ago. Her outstanding performance continued as she clinched the 14th position in the MPPSC 2019 interview results, marking a commendable journey in the competitive exams.

Despite getting married in 2016, Simmi attributes her consistent success in the MPPSC exams to the constant support of her husband, Rahul Yadav, a software engineer, and her supportive in-laws. Simmi acknowledges that her husband consistently motivated her to pursue her studies, while her in-laws created a conducive home environment for her exam preparations. Simmi emphasises her dedication to success, revealing that she sacrificed sleep and minimised mobile phone usage, focusing on her studies during the night after fulfilling her family responsibilities during the day.

Simmi’s academic excellence extends beyond her MPPSC achievements. In 2014, she secured a gold medal in the B.Sc. final in Science, showcasing her prowess in academics. Additionally, she attained the top rank in her school during both the 10th and 12th grades.

The MPPSC results follow a three-stage process, including Pre, Mains, and Interview. Simmi’s impressive performance in the 2019 and 2020 interviews has solidified her position in the MPPSC ranks. Notably, she also cleared the pre-examination for 2021, but after being selected in 2020, Simmi Yadav chose not to appear for the mains exam.

The release of the MPPSC 2019 interview results has created clarity regarding seniority and joining procedures. According to Sridhanth Joshi, Managing Director of Kautilya Academy, the officers selected in the MPPSC 2019 batch will receive joining first, followed by the batch of 2020 after their joining process. This strategic approach ensures an organised integration of successful candidates into their respective batches.
