This major event is expected to cause significant traffic congestion on roads leading to the airport.
Passengers with flights scheduled between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. are advised to reach the airport by 9:30 a.m. to avoid the last-minute rush, according to a message from the Airport Director. The advice also applies to anyone arriving at the airport to pick up passengers.
For those unable to use the National Highway (NH-16) due to expected blockages until 3 p.m., an alternative route via Kankipadu-Kesarapalli-Ajjampudi is recommended.
