YEIDA Flat Scheme 2024: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has opened applications for the allotment of flats under its Built-up Housing Scheme, constructed along the Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida.
Registrations have commenced for the “Built-Up Housing Scheme – Choose Your Own House,” located in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway.

According to the scheme brochure, a total of 1,239 flats are available for allotment.
The scheme was launched on September 19, 2024. It will close on March 31, 2025.

YEIDA Flat Scheme 2024 Price
The authority has launched flats in three categories, namely; Affordable, S+4, S+16, offering 276, 713, and 250 units of flats respectively.
In the Affordable category, the one BHK flats, offer a total area of 29.76 square metres and a usable space (carpet area) of 21.62 square metres, are priced at Rs 23.37 lakh for ground-floor units and Rs 20.72 lakh for those on the first, second, and third floors.
In the S+4 category, the one BHK flat, offers a total area of 54.75 square metres and a usable living space of 36.97 square metres, and is priced at Rs 33.05 lakhs.
In the S+16 category, 2 BHK flats offer a total area of 99.86 square metres and a usable area of 64.72 square metres. These flats are priced at Rs 45.09 lakhs
Eligibility
- Applicants must be Indian citizens, at least 18 years old, and must not have previously been allotted any flats or plots by YEIDA.
- To apply for the scheme, individuals must complete an online application via the YEIDA website, along with a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 600 and an earnest money deposit (EMD), which is 10% of the flat’s total price.
Allotment Method For The Scheme
- Direct Allotment, on the basis of applicant choice (Choose your Own House)- First Come, First Serve for multi-storey flat/ four-storey flat.
- Additional requirements are prescribed for farmers whose land has been acquired/ purchased for the planned development of YEIDA & or in Jewar Airport, and Persons with Disability.
How To Apply
-The applicant shall access the online Residential Scheme Portal at the website “https://yamunaexpresswayauthority.com/BuiltupHousingSchemesApplication Form.aspx” or the Applicant may access the online residential portal (BHS) from Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s official website at https://yamunaexpresswayauthority.com
-The applicant shall select the preferred/ selected flat/ house size, sector & block.
-Registration money will be calculated based on the flat/ house size selected by the applicant.
After selecting of flat/ house, the applicant must fill in the details and upload the relevant documents:
a. Passport photograph
b. Aadhaar Card
c. PAN Card/Passport/Voter ID card
d. Reservation category (if any)
After submission of documents, the applicant shall pay the Registration Fee (Non-refundable) & 10% Earnest Money (Adjustable) through the online payment gateway.
-A letter of intent will be issued to the applicant as soon as YEIDA processes the application and the applicant will be informed through SMS, The letter of Intent shall be sent to the applicant on the registered Email ID and also can be downloaded from the portal
-The applicant has to deposit 20% of the allotment money within 30 days of the issue of the letter of intent in order to get the allotment letter which shall be sent through Email or can be downloaded from the portal.
Allotment process
- Allotment would be made on the First Come, First Serve basis of the applicant’s choice.
- The applicant will choose their flat from an array of options on the website.
- The chosen flat will be temporarily reserved for the applicant after the applicant deposits therequired payment (allotment fees).
- In case of any discrepancy found in the application, the temporary allotment will be cancelled, and all the deposited money will be forfeited. In case the application belongs to the reserved category, 100% of the deposited money will be refunded.
