Bihar’s BSEB released the matriculation results on March 31. Followed by the announcement, Adarsh Kumar from Samastipur has secured the second rank in the topper’s list of Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB). As per the board’s released list, Adarsh Kumar has scored 488 marks out of 500.
Adarsh Kumar, a resident of Damdama Village of Samastipur district has worked hard and managed to bring pride. His father, Ramnam Mahato works as a labourer while his mother Neelam Devi is a housewife. Despite the challenging financial status of the family, Adarsh Kumar has marked his name in the topper’s list of 10th Board. Studying at the Higher Secondary School in Mau Wajidpur. On securing the second position in the 10th board examination, Adarsh Kumar has expressed to prepare for IIT in the future and become an engineer.
As per the News18 report, Adarsh’s uncles Vaidyanath Mahto and Devnath Mahto are teachers as well. As his father works in Delhi and has been staying in the national capital for several years now, Adarsh’s uncles have taken care of his education and guided him in further studies.
As per the report, this time, 16,64,252 students across the state have appeared in the matriculation examination. Out of the total students, 13,79,842 students secured to pass the examination. Meanwhile, 51 students across the state have secured their places in the top 10 list. While there are 10 students in the first five positions, 41 students are ranked in the sixth to tenth position.
Securing the first position, Sivankar Kumar from Purnia has scored 489 marks. Followed by Adarsh Kumar, the list also mentioned Aditya Kumar, Suman Kumar Purve, Palak Kumari, and Shazia Parveen jointly ranking in third position.
Earlier in March, BSEB also released the intermediate result of the Class 12th board exam on March 23. As per the released result, Mrityunjay Kumar secured the first position in the state, while Simran Gupta and Varun Kumar jointly stood in the second position. Following the same, Prince Kumar secured the third position, and Aakriti Kumari, Raja Kumar, and Sana Kumari stood in the fourth position together.
