Bihar School Examination Board has released the list of stream-wise seats for admission in class 11. The committee has uploaded the number of subject-wise and stream-wise seats in all government, non-government higher secondary schools, and inter colleges of Bihar on its website ofssbihar.in. According to the information given by the Bihar Board, there will be admission in class 11th in a total of 9907 colleges in the state.
There are a total of more than 17 lakh seats for admission in class 11th in Bihar. In this, maximum seats are for Arts stream. Compared to last year, this time there has been a reduction of more than six lakh seats. While registering for admission, a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 schools can be selected.
According to reports, the OFSS portal will be opened on April 11 for enrollment in class 11th. The registration process will remain open till April 25. The first round of school allotment results will be out on May 8. Whereas classes will start from May 16. Admission in the second round will continue till June 30 and the third round till July 15.
Bihar Board Class 11th Admissions 2024: How to Apply?
Step 1: Go to the official website of OFSS at ofssbihar.in.
Step 2: Click on the link provided for ‘BSEB 11th Admission 2024’ available on the homepage.
Step 3: Register yourselves on the portal by filling up all the details.
Step 4: Once the form appears, fill it up as asked. Upload all the necessary documents and pay the required fee.
Step 5: Check all the details added to the form and click on submit
Step 6: Save and download the Class 11 admission form.
Bihar Board has decided to completely stop Intermediate studies in all degree colleges in the academic session 2024-25. Therefore, the names of such colleges have not been included in the new list. This rule will be implemented from today, April 1, 2024.
