The State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra has launched the registration portal for the MAH CET BEd-MEd 2024 on its official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. The application procedure for MAH CET MEd 2024 has already begun. The deadline for completing the online registration for both BEd and MEd tests is January 29. The MAH CET BEd-MEd (five-year integrated) and MEd courses’ exams will take place on March 2.
MAH CET BEd-MEd 2024: Eligibility Criteria
–– A postgraduate degree in science, social sciences, or the humanities from an accredited university with a minimum of 55 per cent marks is required of applicants for the MAH CET BEd-MEd (five-year integrated courses). Candidates must also be citizens of India. However, applicants from the OBC, SC, and ST categories (Maharashtra only) must have a postgraduate degree with at least 50 per cent marks.
–– For the MEd programme, candidates must have a graduation, postgraduate, or equivalent qualification from a recognised university in Maharashtra or elsewhere.
–– It is mandatory for candidates applying to be a domicile of Maharashtra or at least have been born there.
–– Furthermore, applicants with parents who live in the state or one parent who works for the union government in Maharashtra are eligible to apply.
–– Applicants who reside in the disputed territories of Maharashtra and Karnataka are also allowed to apply.
MAH CET BEd-MEd 2024: Exam Pattern
Candidates for the MAH CET MEd test will be presented with a question paper divided into four sections, each with 200 questions. The paper has a 150-minute time constraint, making it a tough yet comprehensive examination.
In the meanwhile, the preliminary test dates for several entrance examinations, including the MAH MBA CET, MAH MCA CET, MAH BEd CET, MAH MArch CET, and others, for the academic year 2024–2025 have been issued by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell. Applicants can view the comprehensive tentative test schedule for MHT CET 2024–25 by visiting the official CET website at cetcell.mahacet.org.
Furthermore, it is anticipated that the MHT CET examinations for the PCM and PCB streams will be conducted from April 16 to 30 and the MAH-LLB 3-year CET will be held on March 12 and March 13
