Meet Priyanshi Rawat And Ekampreet Singh, Toppers From Uttarakhand And Punjab Boards
Priyanshi Rawat of Gangolihat topped Uttarakhand Board exam of class 10.

Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab and Uttarakhand have released the results of their class 10th and 12th board exams. The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) and Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) released the results on April 30. This time, UBSE has recorded a 100 percent pass percentage in 10th and 12th boards. PSEB recorded a staggering 97.24 and 93 in class 10th and 12th respectively. Amid this, the toppers of respective boards are currently in the spotlight for their remarkable feat. Priyanshi Rawat of Gangolihat from JBS Inter College has topped Uttarakhand Boards of Class 10th with 100 percent marks. She has left everyone in awe of her performance. While talking to News18 Hindi, the topper revealed, “I used to study for 5-6 hours daily.” She expressed her desire to join the Indian Air Force in the future. Her hobby is acting and recently played Lord Rama in an all-women’s Ramlila which was held in her town.

From the Punjab Board, Ekampreet Singh from Commerce stream secured 500 out of 500 and got 100 percent in Class 12th boards. Apart from academics, he is also a National level player. After topping the exams, a program was organised in his school BCM Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana to celebrate the achievement. Ekampreet’s parents, friends and fellow classmates celebrated by playing drums and performing Bhangra with much zeal and pomp.

In PSEB, Shivam Maletha of Rudraprayag secured the second position with 99.60 percent and Ayush from Srikot got 99 percent and secured the third position. Ravi Uday Singh too scored 500 out of 500 and 100 percent but was given the second rank since he is a year older than Ekampreet Singh. Ravi is a student of Government Senior Secondary School, Gulabewala, Muktsar Sahib. Ashwani from Punjab Board, a medical student secured the third rank. Ashwan is a student of the Senior Secondary Residential School for Meritorious Students, Bathinda and scored 499 out of 500 marks, which is 99.80 per cent.
