10 Things to Do when a Guy Is Kissing Your Neck

Stop talking.

A neck kiss probably means he wants to make out. If you two were chatting or having a conversation, now’s your cue to stop talking. Don’t try to keep your conversation going—that could be a little awkward. If you don’t know what else to do, just don’t say anything. This is especially true if he comes up behind you to kiss your neck.
