Open your iPhone or iPad's Settings iPhone Settings App Icon. This app is usually located on the home screen. Use this method if you are being billed by Apple for your iHeartRadio service. If you subscribed to iHeartRadio at iheartradio.com, see this article.
Tap iTunes & App Store. It's the blue icon with a white ″A″ inside.
Tap your Apple ID. It's the first option.
Tap View Apple ID. It's the first option.
Confirm your passcode or use Touch ID.
Tap Subscriptions. You may need to scroll down a little bit to see it.
Tap iHeartRadio. Your subscription details will appear. If you don't see your iHeartRadio subscription, you might be signed in with the wrong Apple ID. See Sign in to Your Apple ID Account on an iPhone to learn how to switch to a different Apple ID.
Tap Cancel Subscription. It's at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm your cancellation. Once confirmed, your iHeartRadio subscription will end on the final date of the current billing cycle. You can continue to use your iHeartRadio service until that date.
