WhatsApp is a cross-platform messaging app that allows users to communicate over Internet data or Wi-Fi without having to pay for SMS. WhatsApp allows users to send Broadcast Messages, which is a mass message to many people that only allows them to reply individually to you and does not let recipients see each other. It is ideal for personal announcements, invitations to celebrations, and such similar messages. To learn how to send a Broadcast Message, read this article.
Launch WhatsApp from your smartphone.
Tap "Chats" on the navigation bar.
Select "Broadcast Message."
Tap on contacts to select them as recipients of the message. You can send a broadcast message to a maximum of 256 contacts.
Confirm your selection of recipients. The "Done" button will change to reflect the number of recipients you have selected for your broadcast message, out of a maximum of 25. Tap this button.
Type your message and attach a photo, video, location, or contact if you wish.
Tap "Send" to send your Broadcast Message.
