As the fight among the contestants to survive inside the house grows intense, Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7 makes more headlines than ever. The recent episode saw Pallavi Prashanth becoming the first captain of the Bigg Boss house. He won the incredibly designed Rangu Padudi (Holi task) which looked fierce and intriguing at the same time.
The captaincy task saw four contestants competing for the position while Priyanka Jain was made the task’s sanchalak (referee). Sandeep was ousted from the game after the first buzzer itself led to a war of words between him and Pallavi Prashanth. Sandeep’s objection to Priyanka’s decision fuelled the fight between both the contenders.
Meanwhile, Sandeep also claimed that Pallavi slapped him during the task, which the newly elected captain denied. Shivaji, one of the contestants, defended Prashanth which led to a growing tension between all of them. Amidst all this, Gautham jumped onto the bandwagon to accuse Sandeep of strategizing with the intent to create turmoil in the house.
Meanwhile, Priyanka removed Teja from the ongoing task as he reversed her decisions. The decision prompted uproar from many contestants as Teja expressed his resentment over the same. As the episode proceeded, he eventually accepted her decision. In the aftermath, there were only two candidates left – Pallavi Prashanth and Gautham.
They left no stone unturned and gave it all to the task. As the task turned physical, Pallavi performed better and was declared the task winner, thereby becoming the season’s first captain.
As the fifth week of Bigg Boss Telugu 7 is nearing its end, fans are worried about who will be eliminated next. Nagarjuna, who is performing the host duty for the season, has already hinted at a surprise.
The list of nominated contestants for the week includes Prince Yawar, Priyanka, Shivaji, Subhasree Rayaguru, Gautham Krishna, Tasty Teja and Amardeep. Speculations are rife that Tasty Teja may leave the house this week if elimination occurs.
On the other hand, with Pallavi Prashanth as the first captain, it would be interesting to watch the drama unfolding inside the controversial house.
