Call for broad transport system

KOCHI: The leaders of Campaign for Economic and Most Appropriate Transport System for Kochi(CEMATS)said that a comprehensive railroadwaterways transport system has become the need of the hour in Kochi.
The leaders,in a press release, on Monday pointed out that a solution to the heavy traffic, creating problems for the citizens, should be prioritised rather than implementing projects in haste. So far CEMATS has presented 30 projects to the state and central governments on costeffective transport regulation.
