Commercial complex sealed

HYDERABAD:  The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation officials sealed a commercial complex having shops of Brand Factory and Reliance Digital Retail Ltd in Himayathnagar on Monday.The property belonging to one Rajkumar Malpani and Maheshwar Mega Venture Builders was sealed due to several deviations from building plan, non-receipt of occupancy certificate from the GHMC and NOC from fire authorities.GHMC officials sealed the seven-storey building along with two cellars, following up on the complaint received from Noor Unnisa Begum, a resident of Brindavan Colony in Tolichowki during a recent Face-to-Face programme of the GHMC.CN Raghu Prasad, deputy municipal commissioner, circle-9, Ashok Samrat, joint commissioner (H&S), G Rajeshwar Rao, assistant commissioner of police and other officials were present during the sealing of property.
