Finance Minister Jaitley meets Rahul and Sonia to invite them for daughter's wedding: Sources

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley met Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi and party president Sonia Gandhi in the national capital on Wednesday.

According to people close to the Union Finance Minister, Jaitley had gone to Rahul Gandhi's home to invite him for daughter's wedding, slated to take place in December. She is also an advocate like her father.

Two days ago, Congress president Sonia Gandhi, along with her daughter Priyanka Gandhi, had met Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan. According to reports, Mahajan's granddaughter wanted to meet Priyanka Gandhi and it was just a courtesy call.
