BANGALORE: The High Court on Wednesday reserved its orders on the anticipatory bail petition filed by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and his sons in the remaining three complaints before the Lokayukta Court to November 15.During the hearing, counsel for the complainant C H Hanumantharaya submitted that preliminary hearing of the case is still on at the Lokayuta Court and no summons or warrant have been issued to the accused in the case. He added that the accused have already filed for anticipatory bail in the court. “Why do they want to cross the fence, which is far away?” he said, while referring to Yeddyurappa, his sons and son-in-law.Later, counsel for the petitioners Jaikumar S Patil contented that the provision for applying anticipatory bail on or before the issue of summons exists in law.A single bench headed by Justice H Billappa reserved the orders.
