Mumbai: The main accused of the Mumbai terror attacks of 26/11, Ajmal Amir Kasab's confession will now be handed over to Pakistan via diplomatic channels.
The prosecution will also get certified copies of the same confession as well as a memo of the articles seized from Kasab and from the attack location.
Kasab and his co-accused Fahim Ansari and Sabauddin Ahmed are charged on 312 counts including waging war against India, conspiracy, murder, attempt to murder, causing grievous injuries, wrongful confinement, wrongful restraint and causing mischief by fire.
The prosecution has also sought a non-bailable warrant against 35 Pakistani citizens wanted in the 26/11 case. These include LeT leaders Hafeez Mohammed Saeed, Zaki-Ur-Rehman Lakhvi and Abu Hamza.
