THRISSUR: In a predictable climax, Kozhikode clinched the gold cup at the State School Youth Festival, beating the host city with 810 points on Sunday, as the curtains came down on the annual fest at Corporation Stadium here.Thrissur bagged the second position with 779 points.Malappuram, which will be hosting the next Kalolsavam, stood third.This is the sixth consecutive time that Kozhikode is bagging the top honours.
