Serial blasts rocked Guwahati and Upper Assam on Thursday morning. The blasts took place on Dispur Road, Pan Bazaar, Ganeshguri and Fancy Bazaar. Three more bombs exploded in Upper Assam, in Barpeta, Kokrajhar and Bongaigoan districts. The seven blasts took place almost simultaneously at 11:30 hrs IST at crowded marketplaces.
