BERHAMPUR: Hand-written Maoist posters signed by CPML secretary Sanjay, giving directives for the locals, has spread panic among the residents of Chakapada in Kandhamal district. The posters directed the contractors to pay wages to labourers regularly and stop liquor trade in the area, or else face the praja court. It also forbids the locals from mingling with Sangh Parivar. The posters were found pasted on a culvert near Yogeswar temple on Gistikhol road. The police have removed the posters.
