Arya got the FIR registered yesterday against one Dilip Singh, who is the son of Khaperkheda village sarpanch Ram Singh, a Congress worker.
Earlier, the minister also handed over to the police a CD which showed a conversation between Dilip and a BJP worker Tarachand. Dilip reportedly offered a "supari" of Rs two lakh to Tarachand to get the minister killed through black magic spells.
No arrest has been made in the matter so far, police said adding further investigation is on.
