NOC review only after discussions

KOCHI: Education Minister Abdu Rabb has said that a decision on reviewing the controversial norms introduced for granting a No-Objection-Certificate to CBSE and ICSE schools would be taken only after discussions. He said this after receiving a representation from the CBSE School Managements Association.  Works Minister V K Ebrahim Kunju said that the problems faced by schools imparting Central syllabus should be rectified.
