Rolling on floor with a divine plea

MYSORE: With the countdown ticking for the byelection to Bellary, these people turned to divinity seeking the victory of their candidate.Activists of the Chamarajanagar Nayaka Mahasabha offered special puja and urulu seve (rolling ritual) at Sri Chamarajeshwara Temple for the victory of indepdent candidate B Sriramulu. Forum president M Shivaramu and others rolled around the temple. Shivaramu said that the BJP which came to power with the support of the former minister  has discarded him. “The BJP and Congress have conspired to finish him off politically,” he claimed.Terming Sriramulu as a prominent leader of the Nayaka community, he predicted a landslide victory for the former health minister.
