Osaka: Samantha Stosur swept past American teenager Madison Keys and into the final of the Japan Open after a powerful performance in Osaka on Saturday.
Australian Stosur, the No.3 seed and winner of this tournament four years ago, held all of her service games and gave Keys barely a chance of progressing in her first WTA semi-final, winning 6-1, 6-2.
Stosur faces another teenager, Eugenie Bouchard, in Sunday's showpiece after the Canadian defeated Japan's Kurumi Nara 6-2, 6-2. It will be Stosur's 17th Tour final but the first of Bouchard's career.
