On the 32nd anniversary of Mukta Arts Ltd. three new big budget movies for 2011 will be directed by Subhash Ghai, Abbas Mastan and Priyadarshan respectively. Cast and credits of the films are being finalised and the shooting of these will begin in early 2011.
Filmmakers Abbas Mustan who are making another film for Mukta Arts sent a message from Russia, where they are currently doing a recee for the upcoming movie, the remake of Italian Job. The message reads, "Firstly we would like to congratulate Subhash Ghai on the 32nd anniversary of Mukta Arts. We have a very long association with Subhashji and are very happy to be associated with him. We will start work on the film for Mukta Arts in 2011 and it will be titled Garjann. This one will be a fast paced thriller".
Speaking on making a film for Mukta Arts and Subhash Ghai, Priyadarshan says, "One of my teachers who have taught me filmmaking is Subhash Ghai. It’s a great honour for me that I have been chosen to direct a film for his production house.
