We have often heard how in most families, one member tries their best to secure a government job. But imagine the happiness when two members of the same family get a job in the same department. In Telangana, there is a family, where not one but two family members are in the police force. After all, getting into the police force is not a cakewalk and requires a lot of hard work and determination. The sons getting into the police force is a matter of immense pride not just for the family, but for their community and village. The two men have faced various hardships in life and are now busy keeping the state safe.
In Ambedkar Colony in Burgampahad village of Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana, Kesupaka Nageswara Rao and his wife Rajyalakshmi, belonging to a humble background have two sons. Both the sons are deployed in the police force. The couple have worked hard to ensure quality education for their sons. The eldest son, Kesupaka Bhaskara Rao secured the job of an Armed Reserve (AR) police constable in the police department. He is currently working in the district headquarters of Kothagudem. The youngest one, Kespaka Prasada Rao has been hired as a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Fire constable and is working in Orissa.
In an interview with Local18, the proud parents of the sons expressed their happiness and pride. Despite facing severe financial problems and other hardships, Kesupaka Nageswara Rao and Rajyalakshmi feel that their hard work has paid off in the form of success for their sons. They stated that it is their sons’ luck that they got jobs in the police department.
Their neighbours, relatives and other members of the community too are quite happy that two brothers secured a government job. They feel proud that the brothers will earn fame not just for themselves but for the village as well which will inspire the youth.
