Srinagar: In an encounter between terrorists and Army in the Hafruda forest area in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, a woman was killed and another civilian was injured.

A defence Spokesman said two civilians were injured in the firing on Sunday night after which the operation was stopped to evacuate the injured.
The latest encounter took place a day after the Army foiled this year's biggest infiltration bid in the valley - killing 12 terrorists.
