The famous music composer from Poland, Zbigniew Priesner, will be landing into Mollywood soon to set the music for acclaimed filmmaker Shaji N Karun's new film 'Gaadha'. This will be the first Indian outing of Preisner, who is best known for the compositions for Krzysztof Kieślowski's immortal classics including 'Tricolours' and 'Decalogue' series.
The musician who is actually learning Indian classical music, finds it as an attempt to understand Indian culture. He is much impressed with the script lines from Shaji, which he rates as Perfect and expects a beauty of it.
The movie featuring Mohanlal in the lead will be an adaptation of writer T Padmanabhan's short story 'Kadal'. With a mild strain of spirituality sprinkled amidst classical music, Zbigniew finds this as a chance to make something much different and is planning to record the major portion of his compositions for 'Gaadha' at his studio, in Poland.
Shaji will soon start shooting for the movie at locations in Varanasi, Ajmeer, Leh, Ladak and Kerala.
