The actress in the video is seen trying out the most viral hack of acing a smudged winged eyeliner look. The results? Well, the answer to that is in the caption of the reel, Bhumi wrote, “This Instagram hack actually worked.” She even said that going forward this hack would be a “regular in my makeup routine.” Now that we have Bhumi’s approval too, it is high time we tried this rather simple makeup trick that the world is going gaga over.

Here is what Bhumi did to get the hack right-

  1. She started off by prepping her eyelids with an eye primer which is very important if one wants their eye makeup to stand out.
  2. Next, she stretched out white tape from the temples to the lower outer areas of both her eyes.
  3. Bhumi went on to create a smudged smokey look with kajal/ eyeliner and she did so by drawing a kohled line on the eyelids and then gently smudging them with a brush.
  4. The actress then, in order to enhance the look applied a shimmery nude eyeshadow and beautifully blended it with a metallic shade. She also applied some black eyeshadow over the eyeliner/kajal she had used earlier and blended it well.
  5. Lastly, when she did remove the tapes, Bhumi was surprised to see the smokey-smudged winged/ cat eyeliner look that the process had helped create.

So, are you willing to try this out too?
