There is no denying the fact that Kriti Sanon is one of the fittest actors in Bollywood today. Her love for fitness is evident in her Instagram and YouTube videos which feature her workout routine. Kriti recently shared two reels on Instagram, one of which included the exercise she enjoys doing and the other showed the exercise she loathes.
Workouts like straight arm pullover, halo swings, Russian twist, and single leg hamstring bridge are among Kriti Sanon’s favourite exercises. She captioned her reel, “Exercises I love! (Maybe because I do them well)" Users filled the comment sections with heart eye and red heart emojis. While one user wrote, “Fitness freak," another commented, “Love to see your workout videos!"
Kriti also mentioned the exercises she hates doing. It included Australian pulls, barbell back squats, jogging, and hanging knee trucks. She captioned the reel, “Workouts I HATE. But I still do them because you can never evolve in your comfort zone!" Despite the long list, Kriti performs the exercises with ease and keeps inspiring her fans to hit the gym.
A few months ago, Kriti posted a video on her YouTube channel, “A Day in My Life Through My Eyes," where she took us along with her and showed what goes on in her day-to-day life. In that video, Kriti mentioned how she wakes up early in the morning to work out in order to remain fit. Many Bollywood stars like Kareena Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Alia Bhatt and others often share their workout videos and pictures to spread the importance of physical well-being.
Talking about the work front, Kriti Sanon will share screen space with Prabhas in Adipurush and will also appear in Ganapath with Tiger Shroff. She also has Bhediya and Shehzada in her pipeline.
