In the video, Khan can be seen performing a one-minute easy asana that would calm the mind and the body. The beauty of this asana is that it can be practiced at any time of the day and would give relief from stress and anxiety.
The actor stressed the importance of starting the week with yoga and how it helps to ward off Monday blues, “Yoga for the mind and body. If you are anything like me, I’m sure your Monday starts with thoughts about the week. You think about everything you have to achieve and things you need to do to achieve them. This causes involuntarily stress.”
Further, she encourages her followers to try this for a week,” This pose, done at any time of the day can relax and ease stress thoroughly. Try it this week and let me know if you felt calmer.”
