Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding might have ended but every passing day, we are treated to new details from the grand ceremony. Today, it has been revealed that Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant roped in Jawan director Atlee to make a 10-minute animated film. The film was shown at the wedding, during the Shubh Aashirwad ceremony. It was also revealed that Amitabh Bachchan did the voice over for the film.
The information was shared by popular YouTuber, Ranveer Allahbadia. Known for his platform, Beer Biceps, he shared unknown information about the three-day ceremony. “On day two of the wedding, they released a 10-minute movie within the wedding, for the wedding guests. It was directed by Atlee, it was an animated film, and the voiceover was done by Amitabh Bachchan. It was a micro-movie for the wedding as one of the events,” he told American comedian-actor, Akaash Singh in the latter’s podcast.
Opening up about the baraat, Ranveer said, “They had a long road built out, and stations along that road. And on each of the stations was one music superstar.”
“I’ll never get over the stations. At a normal wedding, you just walk with the whole crew and go forward. But here, the crew was stopping at every station, having a mini concert, the artiste was vibing, and everyone in the baraat was also going crazy,” Ranveer said.
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant got married on July 12 in Mumbai. The wedding was a star-studded affair with Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and many more Bollywood stars attending it. International stars such as John Cena and Kim Kardashian were also invited.
On the last dayof the wedding celebrations, Anant thanked everyone who was involved in the making the wedding celebrations a smooth affair. He thanked the Mumbai Police and the media for their support.
