While Indira had been unwell and receiving medical treatment, a spokesperson on behalf of the Bachchan family said that there has been no confirmation of her passing. Speculation about Abhishek Bachchan rushing to Bhopal and other family members gathering has fueled these false claims.
A statement read, “At this time, Jaya Bachchan and her family have not experienced any loss. Fans are encouraged to remain supportive and to await credible updates rather than engaging with misleading information.”
