Take a tour of the Bigg Boss 18 house. The Salman Khan-hosted show will begin on Sunday night, October 6.

Bigg Boss 18 House Tour: Salman Khan is all set with the premiere of Bigg Boss 18. Ahead of the grand night, videos and photos of the Bigg Boss 18 house have surfaced online and it seems like Salman has left no stone unturned to ensure that this year, it goes down as one of the best Bigg Boss houses in the reality show’s history.

Photos and videos shared by paparazzo Viral Bhayani have revealed that Bigg Boss 18 has taken a rather prehistoric era approach this year. Videos showed that massive sculptures had been erected in the house. A massive statement sculpture has been placed in the middle of the house. The sculpture, a face, featured a massive crack seemingly portraying the cracking of masks of the contestants to show their real personalities.

Besides the sculptures, the set also featured beds in what seems to be cave-like set ups. The Bigg Boss house also featured a well-furnished kitchen, where most drama happens, and luxury seating area to bring everyone together for Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. The makers have also incorporated a big dining table to bring the contestants together. There are also areas designated for privacy and for activities.

There is also a pool this year. CCTV cameras were spotted at every corner of the house.

The house design took 45 days and employed roughly 200 people, as stated by art director Omung Kumar in conversation with The Indian Express. He also discussed the creative decision to embrace Indian motifs in the design. The art director stated, “This year we decided to do something Indian because it has not been done for a long time. One specification the creative team had was that they wanted levels in the house. India is so beautiful, and we hadn’t tapped into that, so we did that. The entrance is a tribute to the prehistoric era.” He added that there are hidden entrances, and secret doors in the house and contestants can initially get confused.
