In the video shared on Courteney’s Instagram handle, a girl can be seen doing a perfect cartwheel while Cox waits for her turn. As she follows and attempts a cartwheel, the frame changes to show an edited clip of an ambulance running on the road, giving an unexpected and funny twist at the end.

Along with the video, Cox wrote, “Show off.” Cox can be seen dressed in a black top, blue jeans, and a pair of boots.
