Actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, who is currently in Bellary Central Jail, will be produced before the court today through video conferencing. He is most likely to file a fresh bail application along with a request to shift him to another jail. Darshan was recently shifted to Bellary Central Jail after he was allegedly seen hanging out with rowdies at Parappana Agrahara Central Jail in Bengaluru. Darshan has been remanded in judicial custody till September 19 along with 16 other co-accused following his arrest in the Renukaswamy murder case from Chitradurga. They will be produced before the 24th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Court via video conferencing from different prisons where they are currently lodged: Parappana Agrahara Central Jail, Bengaluru, Mysuru Central Prison, Hindalaga Jail in Belagavi, Vijayapura, Kalaburagi and Tumakuru Jails. The investigation into the Renukaswamy murder case has reached its final stage, and the police have also submitted a chargesheet to the court. Many issues have been revealed in the 3,991-page charge sheet. Recently, Darshan and Pavithra Gowda’s mobiles have also been searched in connection with Renukaswamy’s murder case.
As per reports, photos of Darshan and Pavithra Gowda were found on the latter’s phone. In the first photo, Darshan and Pavithra Gowda are seen dressed up in traditional attire. Pavithra draped a yellow silk saree, which she teamed with a contrasting blue blouse.Darshan is seen twinning in a yellow kurta and white pants. Along with this, both are seen wearing flower garlands around their necks.
In another photo, Darshan-Pavitra was reportedly seen hugging. It is said that the police have investigated the relationship between the two based on these two photos. Reports suggest that the duo sitting like a couple wearing a garland of flowers is being widely discussed.
