Deepika Padukone is one of those actresses who openly talks about her diet and fitness regime. She gives importance to a disciplined life and follows a strict regime, along with eating healthy. According to a report in the Times of India, Deepika likes to eat her favorite foods and does not have a perfect diet plan. She includes the minimum amount of carbs and fats in her diet. People have seen her eating low-carb and low-fat foods such as mixed salads, which she also enjoys a lot. Deepika always makes sure not to skip her meals.
She consumes a sufficient amount of food rich in vitamins, proteins, and fiber in her breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.
On the work front, the actress made her BAFTA debut as a presenter. She presented an award in the Film Not in the English Language Category. Several backstage photos of the actress have gone viral now. Flashing her million-dollar smile, Deepika was a complete vision to behold.
Before presenting the award, Deepika introduced the nominations for the categories. “The incredible stories nominated in this category depict real and imagined worlds that stay with us long after the credits roll. From the Alps to the Andes, South Poland to Seoul, and Ukraine, the nominees are…” she said as the AV rolled out the nominations: 20 Days in Mariupol, Anatomy of a Fall, Past Lives, Society of the Snow, and The Zone of Interest.
“And the BAFTA goes to… The Zone of Interest,” Deepika announced, welcoming the winner and congratulating him on his win.
Deepika was last seen in Fighter, opposite Hrithik Roshan. The actress is rumoured to be a part of White Lotus season 3 and has a number of films lined up, including Kalki 2989 AD with Prabhas.
