During the panel discussion, a fan inquired whether the cast or creators would ever be interested in a reunion movie for Suits.

The fan base that legacy shows enjoy around the world is remarkable, and they have kept it relevant decades after their release. One such show is Suits. Fans of the popular legal drama are quite excited as the ninth and final season, which was previously available on Peacock, will be accessible on Netflix starting July 1. The cast, including Patrick J Adams, Sarah Rafferty, Dule Hill, Amanda Schull, Abigail Spencer, and former USA Network president Jeff Wachtel, announced this during a panel held at the ATX TV Festival in Austin, Texas. Interestingly, on being asked if there is a chance for the team to reunite for a Suits movie, some of them noted it was a “possibility.”

During the panel discussion, a fan inquired whether the cast or creators would ever be interested in a reunion movie for Suits. While the creator, Aaron Korsh, could not be there, Patrick J. Adams, who played Mike Ross, stated on his behalf that he would be interested. Patrick stated, “It’s definitely something he’s interested in doing, in trying to get the band back together. So it depends on a million things if that can happen, but is it possible? I think it is possible,” as quoted by Variety. However, he added that the current focus of the makers is on the show’s spin-off, Suits:LA.

Apart from Patrick J. Adams, Dule Hill also stated that he would be interested in reprising his role as Alex Williams again.

Suits followed the story of Mike Ross (Adams), a college dropout with outstanding intellect who impresses top lawyer Harvey Spectre (Gabriel Macht) at a New York law firm and is hired despite his lack of legal expertise. Since its debut on Netflix in 2023, the show has broken records and drew a massive audience. Suits, produced by UCP, ran on the USA Network from 2011 until 2019. When it first debuted on Netflix in 2023, it led the rankings for several weeks and surpassed 45 billion minutes on Netflix and Peacock combined.

Following its success, the creators announced last year a spin-off series called Suits: LA, which includes a new ensemble led by Stephen Amell. Moreover, Sarah Rafferty and Patrick J. Adams will be seen on Sidebar: A Suits Watch Podcast, which will also be released soon.
