Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Are Still Hanging Out Amid Divorce Rumours: Report

In recent weeks, speculation about a potential divorce has been rampant concerning Hollywood power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck. Despite numerous reports suggesting their marriage is on the rocks, paparazzi images depicting the contrary have only added to fans’ confusion. However, in a new twist, it’s been reported that the couple is actively working to salvage their relationship.

“They are still friendly and see each other every few days,” reported People, quoting a close source to Lopez. Further, another source opened up about their recent outing at Affleck’s son Samuel’s basketball game and added, “It’s a good sign they were at the game together.”

Notably, this came right after a piece of news suggested that the couple is selling their Beverly Hills mansion, which they had shared since June 2023. JLo and Affleck purchased the $61 million house in the spring of last year. While the Gigli star is living at the property, Ben Affleck is reportedly staying at a rental home a few miles away.

The rumours around Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s separation started making the rounds in February 2024, following which the actress-singer even cancelled her summer tour to spend time with family. The speculations were further fueled after Lopez went house hunting in Los Angeles without her husband, making fans worried that they might consider a divorce.

A source told US Weekly that the two are not splitting up but are facing “issues in their marriage.” With divorce headlines dominating the news cycle at this point, the couple were still spotted wearing their wedding rings in front of the media.

Recently, Jen and Ben were spotted together in Los Angeles while heading for Violet Affleck’s high school graduation.

The couple is yet to directly react to the ongoing discussions about their marriage. Having fallen in love with each other on the sets of Gigli, the two went public with their romance in 2003 and even got engaged. However, it was in 2004 when they called it quits, purportedly due to the intense media attention.

After remaining friends and supportive of one another, they rekindled their relationship in 2021 and confirmed it on Instagram. Later in 2022, they got engaged in April and married in July. As both were previously married to other people with whom they had kids, Lopez and Affleck blended their families and are co-parenting their five children.
