On Saturday, shortly before the India vs SA match commenced, Natasa had shared a video in which she was seen dancing in her gym. She shared the video with the caption, “You are the sun on my horizon,” seemingly taking a line from the song she was dancing to.
However, the video got Hardik Pandya’s fans’ attention only after the match ended and as a result, the video has gone viral. Fans noticed that Natasa did not share a post celebrating Hardik’s win nor reacted his match-winning moment on social media. Natasa also remained tight-lipped on social media after Hardik broke down during a post match interview. The emotional cricketer appeared to be speaking about the trolls and pressure he was subjected to due to his performance in the last six months.
With a radio silence on social media about Hardik’s milestone moment, fans took to the comments section of her recent post to question her. Many also took the silence as a confirmation that there is some truth in the divorce rumours.
“Not a single story posted… So something is true now I believe,” a social media user wrote, referring to the divorce rumours. “It doesn’t matter what is cooking inside your personal life but india give lot more to you than you deserve. You should post some photos for team India,” another comment read. “Yrr sir ne itna acha khela hai… Aap bhi unka wish de do achi si yrr,” requested a third fan.
A few also came to her defence. “Everyone, let’s stop this. We don’t know what happened between them, and it’s their personal choice. Who are we to judge? She didn’t even turn off comments after this. We are trolling someone during their downfall and praising them during their prime, which makes us look foolish. No one has officially confirmed their separation, so let’s stop trolling her,” a comment read.
Meanwhile, a video has also gone viral after India won the match. In the video, Hardik was seen on a video call with someone. Many believe that Hardik was talking to Natasa and his family, sharing the joyous occasion with them.
Natasa Stankovic and Hardik Pandya tied the knot in May 2020 amid the coronavirus-induced lockdown and are parents to a 3-year-old boy named Agastya Pandya. Their separation rumours surfaced online after netizens noticed that the model removed the ‘Pandya’ surname from her Instagram handle.
Days after speculations, a source told Bombay Times, “Tension has been brewing in their marriage for the past six months. The couple is likely to head for a separation. However, the stories around the alimony percentage are speculative and exaggerated. Also, news about this being a PR campaign us untrue.” However, News18 Showsha could not verify these claims.
