In a few days from now, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will be ‘mumma and papa’. While everyone is waiting for the baby’s arrival, it was recently reported that Deepika is due to deliver later this month. Now, days ahead of the same, Ranveer Singh has also returned to Mumbai.
On Wednesday evening, Ranveer Singh was snapped by the paparazzi outside the Mumbai airport as he arrived back in the city. In a video that surfaced on social media, the actor was seen walking out of the airport. He sported a white hoodie with matching pyjamas and layered it with a long black coat. The actor also sported a matching cap and looked dapper as always. Check out the video here:
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh announced their pregnancy in February this year. Last month, News18 Showsha exclusively reported that the couple is likely to welcome their first child together on September 28. “Deepika and Ranveer are eagerly waiting for the upcoming chapter of their lives and are busy setting up a space for their baby. If things go as per plans, she will deliver the baby on September 28 at a hospital in South Bombay. At present, the soon-to-be mother is enjoying every bit of the break that she has taken from work,” a source close to DeepVeer told us.
Besides this, we also learnt that Deepika is likely to take a small break from work till March 2025. “Her maternity leave will last till March of next year. And after that, she’ll immediately get busy with filming the sequel of Kalki along with Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Prabhas,” the insider added.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranveer Singh will soon be seen in Singham Again. He also has the much-awaited Don 3 in his pipeline. Farhan Akhtar directorial will alsostar Kiara Advani in the lead.
