Salman Khan’s sister, Arpita Khan, and her actor husband, Aayush Sharma, are among Bollywood’s well-known couples. Recently, the duo made headlines by selling their famous party home in Bandra for a significant sum of Rs 22 crore. Reports suggest that they have now invested in a luxurious new residence in Worli.
Their previous Bandra property, which Aayush and Arpita had purchased for Rs 10 crore in 2022, is situated in the upscale Khar West area of Mumbai, as reported by Hindustan Times. Located on the 12th floor of the Flying Carpet skyscraper by Satguru Developers, the Khar apartment spans 1,750 square feet and offers four dedicated parking spaces.
Records indicate that Arpita registered the property on February 4, 2024, paying a stamp duty of Rs 40 lakh, according to documents reviewed by Zapkey. The property, near Bombay Gymkhana, has rental rates ranging from Rs 1.75 lakh to Rs 2 lakh per month.
In 2024, they sold their Khar residence for a notable Rs 22 crore, as revealed in a viral social media post. While details about their new Worli home remain under wraps, the couple has not yet made an official announcement.
Arpita Khan Sharma and Aayush Sharma tied the knot in 2014 and share two children—son Ahil, born in 2016, and daughter Ayat, born in 2019.
On the work front, Aayush is gearing up for his role in Kwatha, co-starring Isabelle Kaif. The film is inspired by real-life events involving the Indian Army and is directed by Karan Lalit Butani.
Aayush is known for his roles in Loveyatri, Antim, and Ruslaan, as well as for his appearances in popular music videos like Chumma Chumm, Manjha, Pehli Pehli Baarish, Tera Hoke Nachda Phira, and Galti.
