Sara Ali Khan is eagerly anticipating the release of her film Metro In Dino, directed by Anurag Basu.

Actress Sara Ali Khan paid a visit to the Gurdwara Bangla Sahib in Delhi with her lawyer friend Sara Visoha on May 13. Sara reshared the photo uploaded by Visoha on her Instagram stories. Both friends looked adorable in a white suit as they enjoyed the serene and calming vibe of the Bangla Sahib Gurdwara.

Sara attached the track Satnaam Shri Waheguru by the late singer Jagjit Singh ji to the photo. A couple of other pictures from the trip to the Bangla Sahib Gurdwara can be found on Visoha’s Instagram stories.

Sara had visited the Bangla Sahib Gurdwara earlier as well amidst the promotions of her film Atrangi Re. Sara was spotted with her mother and actress Amrita Singh. For her outing, Sara kept it traditional as she wore a white salwar suit, paired with a pink dupatta, matching mask and bangles.

On the work front, Sara is eagerly anticipating the release of her film Metro In Dino directed by Anurag Basu. This movie is expected to hit the cinema halls on November 29, 2024. As per a report published in the Hindustan Times, the 28-year-old actress has wrapped up the shoot along with Aditya Roy Kapoor.

The report added that both Sara and Aditya had romantic scenes together which had to be shot at some specific spots in Delhi. According to the report, all the scenes of the film were done during daytime and actors spent their nights mostly hanging out in the capital.” In addition to Sara and Aditya, Metro In Dino stars Anupam Kher, Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Kay Kay Menon and others.

Besides this film, Sara Ali Khan last acted in the movie Ae Watan Mere Watan directed by Kannan Iyer. She played the role of Usha Mehta in this film. Ae Watan Mere Watan is inspired by (not based on) the life of Usha Mehta. She along with her activist friends, was instrumental in founding the underground Congress Radio during the Independence movement. Emraan Hashmi, Pratik Yadav, Anand Tiwari and others acted in this film. It received mixed reviews from the audience.
