Hollywood actor Joseph Quinn immediately became fans’ favourite with his portrayal as Eddie Munson, a metal head guitarist and Hawkins High School’s Hellfire Club Dungeon Master in the fourth season of the popular series Stranger Things. He received a lot of appreciation from the fans. His character, Eddie, after wrongfully accused of murdering his cheerleader classmate Chrissy, died a hero in the show, helping a party escape a swarm of hellish demo bats by playing his rendition of Master of Puppets in the upside down region of the evil serial killer Vecna.
But the question arises that will Quinn be returning to play his much loved character in the last and the final season of Stranger Things? Well the actor recently dropped a hint. Recently, Quinn appeared at the FACTS Comic Con where he answered several fans’ questions. One of his fans asked him if he was coming back for the last season of Stranger Things, to which he replied, “I do know, but I am not telling you.”
A video clip of Quinn talking about Stranger Things 5 has gone viral on social media and fans just can’t keep calm. The actor hasn’t ruled out, nor gave a confirmation about returning to the final season of the Netflix super hit show.
Previously while talking to The Hollywood Reporter about Eddie’s return to the popular show, Quinn said, “You know, anything is possible, and I would be up for anything. So we’ll see.”
Stranger Things Season 5 will also star Winona Ryder, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, David Harbour, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Maya Hawke, Gaten Matarazzo, Linda Hamilton and Natalia Dyer in the lead roles. It is expected to stream on the OTT platform Netflix next year.
An official release date of the fifth and the final season of Stranger Things is yet to be announced. Meanwhile, talking about Quinn’s other projects; he will also be seen opposite actor Paul Mescal in Gladiator 2 and also as the Human torch in Marvel’s The Fantastic Four reboot.
