The Tamil war drama Kadaisi Ulaga Por, headlined by Adhi (Adhithya Ramachandran Venkatapathy) of the Hiphop Tamizha duo, was released on September 20 and has since garnered positive reviews from critics. Now, the film is gearing up for its OTT release. According to reports, Kadaisi Ulaga Por will be available on Amazon Prime Video starting October 18, though an official confirmation of the OTT release date is still awaited. Directed by Adhi, the film features a strong cast, including Nassar, Anagha LK, Harish Uthaman, and Kumaravel, in key roles. Audiences have praised the movie for its impressive CGI and VFX work.
The technical crew of Kadaisi Ulaga Por includes co-direction by Hudson Samuel Prince, with Arjunraja DF Tech serving as the cinematographer. Pradeep E Ragav is responsible for editing the film, while Mahesh Mathew has choreographed the stunts. Additionally, RK Nagu has contributed as an editor.

Kadaisi Ulaga Por, which translates to Last World War in English, depicts an unfortunate state of affairs in the world. These events resonate with its title and what its predecessors have caused to mankind. On the other hand, it also reiterates the last of the deadly wars the planet will witness. Adhi talked more about the film’s title at an event held at the PGS Studios in Chennai. According to him, “We kept the title in Tamil to reiterate the meanings of both ends and enough. You can take it in any way. How you take it, is also the reason for the nomenclature of it.”
Adhi further added that he is proud of how he can mix up with the public and keep himself grounded. The Kadaisi Ulaga Por director said it gives him the source of understanding what his audience needs. According to Adhi, he is careful enough not to sound too preachy through his art form. The 34-year-old director said that he lives a normal life and is not surrounded by a bubble of celebrity.
Apart from Adhi, Jeeva is also a part of the Hiphop Tamizha musical duo.
